Banana smoothie Paddle pops'


It's heating up over here in the southern hemisphere, summer has arrived! If you're in the same position, why not try your toddlers favorite smoothie, or juice recipe in a lickety sip ice pop mold for an instant cool down!

Our favorite recipe at the moment;

Banana Smoothie paddle pop
  • 1 Small banana
  • 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup (25oml) milk (substitute for soy or your child's preference)
  1. Put the banana into a blender.
  2. Add the yoghurt, honey & milk & blend until smooth
