It's heating up over here in the southern hemisphere, summer has arrived! If you're in the same position, why not try your toddlers favorite smoothie, or juice recipe in a lickety sip ice pop mold for an instant cool down!
Our favorite recipe at the moment;
Banana Smoothie paddle pop
- 1 Small banana
- 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup (25oml) milk (substitute for soy or your child's preference)
- Put the banana into a blender.
- Add the yoghurt, honey & milk & blend until smooth
